Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is hiring a Residential HVAC Technician to service and repair heating and cooling systems in customer homes. You will diagnose issues, quote prices, and deliver excellent customer service on every call.

Ideal candidates are EPA certified, with experience in residential service and sales, able to explain options to homeowners and perform repairs while upholding our core values of integrity, ownership, and service.

Formación

• EPA certified HVAC technicians with residential service experience.
• Ability to determine service needs, quote prices and perform repairs.
• Good communication with customers in homes and businesses.
• Understand IAQ, airflow, and basic HVAC repairs and installations.

Responsabilidades

• Service and repair residential heating and cooling systems in customer homes.
• Diagnose issues, quote prices, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Attend training to expand knowledge and certifications as needed.
• Interact professionally with customers, office staff and coworkers.
• Complete proposed work as quoted and participate in on-call shifts.
