Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking a Residential HVAC Technician to service and repair heating and cooling systems in customer homes. You diagnose issues, provide solutions, and deliver excellent customer service on every call.

Qualifikationen

• EPA certified residential HVAC technicians with experience in residential service and sales.
• Ability to determine residential HVAC service needs, quote prices, and perform repairs.
• Interact and communicate well with customers in homes and businesses.
• Knowledge of IAQ, air distribution systems and basic repairs of HVAC appliances and fixtures.
• Attend training to expand knowledge base and further certifications expected.
• Learn to troubleshoot and repair a variety of residential HVAC systems and install IAQ products.
• Must lift and maneuver equipment up to 75 lbs. and work on ladders.
• Must crawl, climb, kneel, squat, bend and reach overhead.

• Be thorough in inspections, and accurate in quoting replacements or repairs.
• Complete proposed work as quoted.
• Participate in on-call assignments and training sessions.
• Promote a professional, and friendly work environment.

• Follow the outline of company policies and procedures.
• Drug testing, background checks and valid driver's license are conditions of employment.
• Other duties as assigned.
