Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking a Residential HVAC Technician to service and repair heating and cooling systems in customer homes. You will diagnose issues, quote prices, and perform repairs with a focus on problem solving and customer satisfaction.

The role requires EPA certification, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, crawl, climb ladders, and work on-site in customers' residences.

Formación

• EPA certified Residential HVAC Technician with residential service experience.
• Ability to quote prices and perform repairs.
• Strong customer communication in homes and businesses.
• Familiar with IAQ, air distribution, and basic HVAC repairs.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff and coworkers.
• Be thorough in inspections, and accurate in quoting replacements or repairs.
• Completion of proposed work as quoted.
• Participate in on-call assignments and back-up as required.
• Participate in all required staff meetings and training sessions.
• Positive attitude required and must be able to promote a professional, and friendly work environment.
• Work hard, smart and efficiently.
• Follow the outline of company policies and procedures.
• Drug testing, background checks and valid driver's license are conditions of employment.
• Other duties as assigned.
