Job summary

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking a Residential HVAC Technician to service and repair home heating and cooling systems, diagnose issues, quote prices, and deliver excellent customer service on every call.

Qualified candidates are EPA certified with residential service and sales experience, able to troubleshoot and repair a variety of HVAC systems, and willing to learn additional IAQ products and comply with applicable codes.

Qualifications

EPA certified residential HVAC technicians with experience in residential service and sales.
Ability to learn to determine residential HVAC service needs, quote prices, and perform repairs.
Strong communication with customers in homes and businesses.
Knowledge of IAQ, air distribution systems and basic repairs of HVAC appliances.

Responsibilities

Communicate professionally with customers, office staff and coworkers.
Be thorough in inspections and accurate in quoting replacements or repairs.
Complete proposed work as quoted and participate in on-call assignments.
Attend required staff meetings and training sessions and promote a professional environment.
Follow company policies and procedures and maintain a valid driver’s license.
