Dallas Plumbing is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our Dallas-area team. You will diagnose and service residential HVAC systems and guide homeowners to the right comfort solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience, a strong sales background, and the ability to transition from service calls to repair and replacement discussions when appropriate. We offer a commission-based structure and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong sales background and ability to present repair/replacement options.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented; able to work independently.
• Willing to participate in rotating weekend schedule.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Perform routine service and maintenance visits.
