Qualifications

• At least one year of residential HVAC experience.
• Knowledge of common residential heating and cooling systems.
• Basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to follow established maintenance procedures and inspection checklists.
• Professional communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• EPA Certification.
• NATE Certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and tune-ups on residential furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and related equipment.
• Inspect systems for safety, performance, and efficiency concerns.
• Clean, test, and adjust equipment according to company procedures.
• Identify worn components, needed repairs, and potential system improvements.
• Explain system conditions and maintenance findings to homeowners clearly.
• Present repair or replacement recommendations when appropriate.
• Complete service tickets, inspection reports, and job documentation accurately.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding scheduling and job progress.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
• Follow company safety, service, and quality standards.
