Job summary

South Oxford Management LLC is seeking an HVAC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems across our Connecticut communities.

The role requires CT D-2 licensure, EPA 608 certification, and a valid driver's license. On-site work five days weekly with on-call rotation and potential travel within CT. Competitive hourly pay and full benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Connecticut D-2 license from the CT Department of Consumer Protection for installation, repair and maintenance of warm air heating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification, with R-410A certification.
• Own HVAC service tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Diagnose faults and perform preventive maintenance.
• Complete routine and emergency work orders.
• Respond to after-hours calls and support make-ready processes.
