Thrive Communities is seeking a full-time HVAC Technician to diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems across residential properties in Portland. You will manage resident work orders and perform preventive maintenance, ensuring safety and efficiency throughout each site.

Applicants should have 2+ years HVAC experience, EPA 608, and Oregon Electrical license. The role requires reliable transportation, basic tools, and strong customer service in English; Yardi experience is a plus.

Formación

• 2+ years hands-on HVAC experience in residential or multifamily settings.
• EPA 608 Certification (Type I minimum) and Oregon Electrical License.
• Reliable transportation and ability to provide basic hand tools.
• Strong customer-service mindset and good communication in English.
• Experience with Yardi or other service management software is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems.
• Manage and resolve resident work orders promptly and professionally.
• Perform preventive maintenance including filter changes and seasonal startups.
• Rotate an after-hours on-call schedule.
• Partner with leasing staff to ensure clear communication.
• Maintain records in Yardi and document service calls.
