Job summary

Hoffmann Brothers is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician who will repair and maintain a range of equipment including refrigeration, air conditioning, furnaces, heat pumps, and related components. The role may include HVAC installations to meet demand.

You will work with a team to ensure high-quality service in homes and businesses. This position emphasizes safety, documentation, and customer communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Light commercial experience highly preferred
• EPA certification required
• Good background/driving record
• Safety awareness and OSHA basics as applicable

Responsibilities

• Check-in with the office for scheduled jobs after completion of each job and at day end
• Complete all required documentation for each task
• Manage time for daily jobs
• Verify customer satisfaction before departing
• Ensure materials used are properly listed on forms
• Communicate status with dispatcher/supervisor
• Share knowledge with coworkers to improve efficiency
• Suggest process improvements to leadership
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace in customer properties and in the company vehicle
