Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Light commercial experience highly preferred.
• EPA certification required.
• Good driving record.
• Safety knowledge per OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Check-in with the office for scheduled jobs and end-of-day wrap-up.
• Document all tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Manage time for each day’s workload.
• Communicate clearly with customers during service visits.
