Job summary

Hoffmann Brothers in Nashville, TN seeks a Residential HVAC Service Technician. This role focuses on repairs and maintenance of residential HVAC, refrigeration, and related equipment with a flexible scope during peak demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Light commercial experience preferred.
• EPA certification required.
• Good driving record and safe work practices are expected.

Responsibilities

• Check in with office after each job and at end of day.
• Complete all required documentation for each task.
• Manage time for daily schedules and communicate status to dispatcher.
• Verify customer understanding during and after each visit.
• Ensure materials used are accurately listed on forms.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces in customer locations and company vehicle.
• Collaborate with coworkers and share best practices to improve efficiency.
