John Cipollone, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Service/Install Technician to join a residential team. You will install, troubleshoot, and service HVAC systems, including hydronics and mini-splits, working onsite with a skilled crew. Expect collaborative problem solving and ongoing skills development.

You will explain options to homeowners, mentor peers, and use ServiceTitan to track work orders while upholding high safety and quality standards across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in residential HVAC service or installation.
• Proven troubleshooting skills on a wide range of residential equipment.
• EPA certification and a valid driver's license required.
• Ability to access attics, crawl spaces, and exterior units.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Install and service residential HVAC systems including hydronics and mini-splits.
• Diagnose mechanical failures and provide effective long-term solutions.
• Explain options to homeowners and guide system upgrades.
• Utilize ServiceTitan to manage work orders and document progress.
• Mentor junior team members and share advanced troubleshooting methods.
