Job summary

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking a Residential HVAC Technician to service and repair heating and cooling systems in customer homes. You will diagnose issues, provide solutions, and deliver excellent customer service on every call.

If you enjoy hands-on work and helping homeowners stay comfortable, this could be the perfect role for you. Training and growth opportunities are available as you expand knowledge in IAQ and system installations.

Qualifications

• EPA certified Residential HVAC technicians with residential service and sales experience.
• Ability to determine service needs, quote prices, and perform repairs.
• Ability to interact with customers in homes and businesses.
• Willingness to lift up to 75 lbs and perform ladder work.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with customers, office staff and coworkers.
• Inspect systems thoroughly and quote replacements or repairs accurately.
• Complete proposed work as quoted and maintain quality workmanship.
• Participate in on-call assignments and staff training sessions.
• Promote a professional and friendly work environment.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
