Job summary

CYM Living in Tulsa, OK is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems across assigned properties. You will respond to service requests, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and efficiency of heating and cooling equipment.

You will work independently and as part of the maintenance team, documenting work orders, communicating with residents, and supporting turnover and emergency repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC technical school or trade certification preferred.
• EPA 608 certification required; Universal Certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, refrigerant and control-system problems.
• Experience using HVAC gauges, meters, recovery equipment and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and maintain residential HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Service air conditioning systems, furnaces, heat pumps and related components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system testing.
• Document diagnoses, repairs and parts used in the work-order system.
• Respond to resident service requests and manage work orders.
• Travel between properties as required and participate in on-call rotation.
