Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose HVAC issues accurately and efficiently.
• Experience in maintenance and repair of heating and cooling equipment.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance to extend equipment life.
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain) and safe handling of refrigerants and environmental regulations.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction with clear communication and a neighborly, professional attitude.
• Familiarity with residential HVAC systems, basic electrical and mechanical principles, and use of diagnostic tools.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Tulsa Metropolitan Area.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training or relevant HVAC certifications preferred.
• Physical ability to lift equipment, work in attics and crawl spaces, and perform tasks in various weather conditions.
