You will diagnose, repair and maintain home heating and cooling systems while delivering exceptional customer service. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential HVAC service and repair.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with commitment to quality.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Applicable Massachusetts HVAC certifications and licenses.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC system issues
• Perform scheduled maintenance, tune-ups, and inspections
• Install and upgrade heating and cooling equipment
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national HVAC codes
• Work with ductwork, ventilation systems, and energy-efficient units
