Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience servicing residential boiler systems.
• Experience with gas, oil, and hydronic heating systems preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Massachusetts licenses and certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential boiler system issues.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, tune-ups, safety inspections, and system evaluations.
• Install, replace, and upgrade boilers and related heating equipment.
• Troubleshoot hydronic heating systems, controls, circulators, expansion tanks, and related components.
• Test system performance and identify opportunities for improved efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national codes and safety standards.
• Educate homeowners on equipment operation, maintenance, and best practices.
• Accurately document service calls, repairs, and recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit.
