Qualifications

• Residential HVAC service experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience servicing air conditioners, furnaces, boilers, zoning and hydronic systems.
• Experience presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners.
• ServiceTitan experience preferred; other tools may be used.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform annual maintenance and preventative service.
• Educate homeowners on system operation and energy savings.
• Present repair and replacement options to homeowners.
• Document service calls and recommendations in ServiceTitan.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend service.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance.
• Remain flexible to changing schedules and business needs.
