AllTech Services, Inc. in Northern Virginia is actively seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and optimize home systems, including high-efficiency units and emerging technologies.

You will represent the company with professionalism and take pride in doing the job right the first time. You should have 3+ years of residential HVAC experience, EPA Type II or Universal certification (NATE preferred), strong troubleshooting skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal); NATE preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with heat pumps, air handlers, duct systems, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and optimize residential HVAC systems with precision.
• Educate homeowners on system performance and energy efficiency.
• Follow safety codes, documentation, and process requirements.
• Represent the company professionally in the field.
• Work independently and manage time effectively in customers' homes.
