Job summary

Airtron is seeking a Residential HVAC Field Service Specialist to maintain and repair heating and cooling systems in occupied homes and construction sites. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, start-ups, and verify system operation while documenting results on a tablet.

You'll travel to job sites, coordinate with dispatch, order parts, and uphold safety and ethics standards. Requires EPA certification, 1+ year HVAC experience, and valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification.
• Solder/Brazing skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Must communicate in English effectively.
• Beginner computing skills; able to use a tablet/computer.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Overtime and occasional weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair heating and cooling equipment in occupied homes and construction sites.
• Inspect ductwork and keep tools in serviceable condition.
• Diagnose issues, provide solutions, and perform repairs to restore operation.
• Perform start-ups and test system performance; record results.
• Coordinate daily schedules with the office and dispatch.
• Complete all required documentation on a tablet and keep workspace clean.
