Job summary

Airtron is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to service, maintain, and repair residential heating and cooling equipment. You will inspect ductwork, troubleshoot performance issues, and commission systems. Strong communication with customers and dispatch is essential.

Work primarily at occupied homes and construction sites, travel between locations, and maintain a safe, organized workspace while upholding company safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Proficient soldering/brazing skills are required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair residential HVAC equipment.
• Inspect ductwork and keep tools in safe condition.
• Identify components and startup complete residential HVAC systems.
• Diagnose issues and perform repairs to keep systems operating properly.
• Commission systems including testing and documenting startup results.
• Explain services to dispatch and customers and ensure understanding.
