Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service and/or installation experience.
• Strong residential HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
• Identify root cause of HVAC problems and provide the right solution.
• Service air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, thermostats, controls, and related residential HVAC equipment.
• Perform comprehensive system inspections and identify repair opportunities.
• Explain system conditions, repair options, and recommendations to homeowners.
