Len The Plumber Heating & Air in Beltsville, MD is seeking experienced Residential Plumbing Service Technicians to diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems on-site. You will deliver outstanding customer service, maintain a stocked service vehicle, and follow safety codes and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and diagnostics.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and propose solutions.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record per company policy.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Perform repairs and installations including water heaters and piping.
• Educate homeowners on repair options with professional recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build trust.
• Document service calls and completed work accurately.
• Follow plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Collaborate with dispatch and service management to stay efficient.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
