Len The Plumber Heating & Air is hiring experienced Residential HVAC Service Technicians to join our teams in Horsham, Cherry Hill, and Boothwyn. You will diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems, communicate options clearly to homeowners, and deliver a top-notch customer experience.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25.00–$40.00 based on experience, plus performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of residential HVAC service and/or installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC equipment.
• Ability to explain technical issues and available solutions clearly to homeowners.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
• Perform thorough HVAC inspections and clearly communicate findings, repair options, and recommendations to homeowners.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while resolving technical issues efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain regular communication with Dispatch, your manager, Parts, and Installation teams.
• Complete service documentation, invoices, and required reporting accurately and on time.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and properly stocked company vehicle.
• Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices.
• Participate in ongoing technical and professional training.
• Obtain and maintain certifications required for assigned work.
• Participate in rotating weekend and evening coverage.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
