Qualifications

• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience diagnosing HVAC systems preferred.
• NATE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and tune-ups.
• Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options.
• Identify replacement opportunities and transition through company processes.
• Complete invoices, notes, photos, estimates, and job documents using ServiceTitan.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle.
• Participate in weekly training and continuous education.
• Deliver five-star customer experiences and work as part of a collaborative team.
