Job summary

Conway Services Heating & Cooling in Memphis, TN is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician for full-time, year-round work. Earn over $110K per year diagnosing, troubleshooting, servicing and repairing residential HVAC systems, with ongoing training and support from experienced leadership.

This role includes a take-home company vehicle, gas card, full benefits after 31 days, 401(k) with match, PTO and holidays, uniforms, and tools provided.

Qualifications

2+ years of residential HVAC experience.
EPA Certification or ability to obtain.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Must pass background check and drug screening.
Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
Perform maintenance and emergency HVAC repairs.
Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes.
Work with experienced leadership and ongoing technical training.
Maintain accurate service records and follow safety standards.
