ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician in Nashville, TN. This full-time, year-round role offers earning potential of over $130,000 per year based on performance and a starting pay of $20–$35 per hour, with a take-home company vehicle and gas card.

You will diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems, perform maintenance, and deliver customer service with ongoing training and a clear career path.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform maintenance and emergency HVAC repairs.
• Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes.
• Work with the support of experienced leadership and ongoing technical training.
• Maintain accurate service records and follow safety standards
