Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential HVAC experience.
- EPA Certification or ability to obtain.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Able to pass background check and drug screening.
- Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
- Perform maintenance and emergency HVAC repairs.
- Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes.
- Work with the support of experienced leadership and ongoing technical training.
- Maintain accurate service records and follow safety standards.
