Hauser Heating & Air Conditioning, part of ARS, is hiring a Residential HVAC Service Technician in Cincinnati. This full-time, year-round role offers earning potential of over $130,000 per year based on performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform maintenance and emergency HVAC repairs.
• Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes.
• Work with the support of experienced leadership and ongoing technical training.
• Maintain accurate service records and follow safety standards.
