This is a full-time position, working with our professional HVAC teams to diagnose, repair & service residential systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

Salary for the HVAC Technicians:

* Hourly: $25.00 - $35.00 + Commission (Based on Experience)
* INCLUDES A $10,000 SIGNING BONUS! (Based on Experience)

Responsibilities for the HVAC Technicians:

1. Complete all general HVAC in-home service calls.
2. Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
3. Ask proper lifestyle questions to troubleshoot heating and cooling system malfunctions.
4. Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
5. Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems.
6. Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
7. Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
8. Work along side customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
9. Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
10. Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and technical vendor training.
11. Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
12. Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, feedback and other documentation.

Requirements for the HVAC Technicians:

1. Excellent customer service, punctuality, and professionalism.
2. Knowledge to install, service and repair heating and air conditioning systems with a proven track record, but we will help train or teach the right individual.
3. Continued education and training to obtain NATE certification.
4. Licensed with knowledge of local HVAC codes and ability to make on-the-job applications.
5. Have a valid Colorado license or obtain one within 90 days.
6. Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
