Job summary

Service One Air Conditioning & Plumbling is seeking a full-time Residential HVAC Technician based in Lake Mary, FL. You will travel across the greater Orlando area to service homes and small businesses, ensuring HVAC and plumbing systems operate at peak efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a residential service technician (5+ years of relevant experience is a plus).
• Willingness to work after hours and weekends, and be part of an on-call rotation.
• Own hand tools and other specialty tools related to the field.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must pass a drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Travel from Lake Mary to residences and small businesses around the greater Orlando area to service HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to service calls with high professionalism.
• Keep company tools and truck in top condition and ready for the next job.
• Attend on-call rotations as part of the schedule.

YOUR DAY + QUALIFICATIONS:

You will work a full-time schedule that includes after-hours and weekend shifts, as well as participation in an on-call rotation. Flexibility and a strong work ethic will be key to your success.

As a Residential HVAC Technician, you will set out from Lake Mary and travel to residences and small businesses throughout the greater Orlando area, handling plumbing calls and ensuring HVAC systems are running their best.
