Qualifications

• 3+ years as an HVAC Service Technician focusing on residential systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair methods.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• EPA certification and a valid HVAC technician license.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
• Service Titan experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair residential HVAC systems including central air, ductless mini-splits, and heat pumps.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Build trust with customers through clear, professional communication.
• Maintain accurate service records.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies.
• Keep up with industry standards and innovations.
