HVAC Technician – $75,000 to $125,000 With Bonus & Commissions

AVS Heating and Air is actively hiring motivated HVAC technicians ready to grow their career and income. Whether you’re an experienced pro or early in your career, this role offers 10% commission on every job, with on-target earnings of $75,000 to $125,000+, plus performance bonuses.

What You’ll Do

Depending on your experience level, responsibilities may include:

• Diagnosing, servicing, and maintaining HVAC systems (residential and light commercial)
• Working with split systems, package units, boilers, chillers, and cooling towers
• Troubleshooting complex issues using diagnostic tools and software
• Performing safe, high-quality installations
• Leading projects or mentoring junior techs (if experienced)
• Communicating clearly with customers and teammates
• Following safety protocols and company procedures

What Sets You Apart

• 2+ years of HVAC experience (service, repair, or install)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Understanding of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and efficiency
• Clear communication and customer service skills

Compensation

• Hourly Pay: $29.89 – $32.64
• Commission: 10% per job
• Bonuses: Performance-based
• On-Target Earnings: $80,000 to $125,000+
