Hoveln Heating and Cooling is seeking a Residential HVAC Technician to troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems. Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Formal HVAC training.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• EPA Certification.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand/power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, service, and repair residential HVAC equipment.
• Perform annual / routine maintenance.
• Advise homeowners on repair solutions, system upgrades, IAQ products, and replacement recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional customer care and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
