ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician in Indianapolis and surrounding areas. Full-time, year-round work with pay listed at $20–$35 per hour and potential earnings over $130,000 per year based on performance.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential HVAC systems, delivering customer service, and maintaining records. EPA certification and a valid driver’s license are required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform maintenance and emergency HVAC repairs.
• Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes.
• Work with the support of experienced leadership and ongoing technical training.
• Maintain accurate service records and follow safety standards.
