ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Installer in the Indianapolis area. The role focuses on installing, starting up, and troubleshooting HVAC systems, with leadership of an installer helper and adherence to local codes.

The position offers strong earning potential, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training. Candidates should have 2+ years of install experience, EPA certification (or willingness to obtain), and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Comfortable leading HVAC installs with a helper.
• Working knowledge of local HVAC inspection codes.
• EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Remove and dispose of outdated residential HVAC systems.
• Install, start up, and troubleshoot new HVAC equipment.
• Lead HVAC installations with the support of an assigned helper.
• Ensure installations meet local inspection codes and company standards.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and deliver a professional experience.
• Work efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards.
