Job summary
Andy's Statewide Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician in Detroit and surrounding areas. This full-time, year-round role offers earning potential of $130,000+ per year based on performance, with company benefits and a take-home vehicle.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred.
- EPA Certification (or ability to obtain).
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Ability to pass背景 check and drug screening.
- Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
- Perform maintenance and emergency HVAC repairs.
- Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes.
- Work with the support of experienced leadership and ongoing technical training.
- Maintain accurate service records and follow safety standards.
