Andy’s Statewide Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician for full-time, year-round work in Detroit and surrounding areas. The role offers strong earning potential and a path for career growth within ARS, the nation’s leading provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.

Earn $20-$35/hr with the potential to exceed $130,000 annually based on performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification or ability to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform maintenance and emergency HVAC repairs.
• Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes.
• Work with the support of experienced leadership and ongoing technical training.
• Maintain accurate service records and follow safety standards
