Red Bear Mechanical in Carson City, NV is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join a family-owned team. Expect a base-plus-bonus structure with an annual earning potential of $100,000+ and full company-paid health insurance.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on residential and light commercial HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification preferred with willingness to obtain NATE within 6 months.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.

What You'll Do

What You Need

• 2-5 years of hands-on residential and light commercial HVAC service experience
• Solid knowledge of split systems, package units, and boilers
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs
• EPA Certification (preferred) and willingness to obtain NATE within 6 months
• Strong work ethic and a positive, growth-oriented mindset
