Red Bear Mechanical in Carson City, NV is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to install and service heating, cooling, mini-split and boiler systems. This role offers year-round work, strong pay, and a supportive team.

You will perform system changes, ductwork modifications, and preventative maintenance while upholding high safety and quality standards. EPA certification, a valid driver's license and a team-oriented mindset are required; NATE is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous hands-on HVAC installation experience (residential or light commercial).
• EPA Certification (required).
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Physical capability to handle demanding work in various conditions.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Install new residential and light commercial heating, cooling, mini-split, and boiler systems.
