Red Bear Mechanical in Carson City, NV is hiring experienced HVAC service technicians for a rewarding career with top pay and excellent benefits. You will service, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial systems, while building strong client relationships and advancing through a fully paid leadership academy.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on HVAC service experience.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• EPA Certification preferred; willingness to obtain NATE within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair residential split systems, commercial package units, and boilers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of HVAC equipment.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships.

What You Need

• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs
• EPA Certification (preferred) and willingness to obtain NATE within 6 months
• Strong work ethic and a positive, growth-oriented mindset
