Job summary

GEM Plumbing & Heating Services, LLC in Massachusetts is seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician to repair, maintain, and replace HVAC equipment for customers. This full-time position includes benefits and a focus on delivering quality service.

You will install, repair, and replace HVAC systems, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain paperwork and safety policies. Journeyman license in RI or MA and on-call/weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Possess a RI or MA Journeyman License - Sign on Bonus!
• Prior Commercial service experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be able to work on-call and weekend hours

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace HVAC systems in confined or high spaces
• Provide world-class customer service to customers daily
• Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean work area
• Work with coworkers and supervisors while staying polite and professional
• Arrive on time to jobs and be ready to work
• Attend company meetings as necessary
• Adhere to safety and handbook policies

• Install, repair, and replace various HVAC systems sometimes in confined or high places
