100Hires, Inc. is seeking 2–3 experienced Residential HVAC Service Technicians and Lead Technicians to join our Millis-based service team.

If you can diagnose and repair residential systems, communicate professionally with homeowners, and take pride in quality workmanship, this is a long-term opportunity. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $38–$50, a company truck for take-home use, health, dental, and life insurance, a 401(k), commissions on maintenance sales, and weekly on-call incentives.

Qualifications

• Proven residential HVAC diagnostic and repair experience.

• Lead Technician experience is a plus.
