Qualifications

• 2+ years HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification or willingness to obtain immediately.
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs and work in attics/crawl spaces.
• Valid driver's license with a clean DMV record.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems.
• Create accurate repair estimates for customers.
• Educate customers on HVAC products, services, and maintenance needs.
• Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
• Mentor and train junior technicians.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and team members.
• Adhere to local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Participate in rotating on-call shifts, occasional overtime, and weekend work.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
