Qualifications

• Five+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• EPA Certification.
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, outdoors, and on ladders.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems.
• Create accurate repair estimates for customers.
• Educate customers on HVAC products, services, and maintenance needs.
• Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
• Mentor and train junior technicians.
• Listen to customer concerns and address root causes.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients.
• Build long-term trust with customers and focus on service quality.
• Participate in rotating on-call shifts and occasional overtime.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems.

• Participate in rotating on call shifts, occasional overtime, and weekend work based on the demand.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in residential HVAC service (heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioning units, etc.)
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• EPA Certification
• Ability to lift 50-100lbs. regularly
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, outdoor environments, and on ladders.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
