Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Universal License required.
• NATE certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service.
• Willingness to take on leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and honest recommendations on every call.
• Work independently while being fully supported by a team that has your back.
• Provide feedback to the Service Manager on training needs, inventory, and pricing.

Shenandoah Air Conditioning & Heating Eastern Panhandle (WV / MD / VA)

$25-$44 per hour (Top techs routinely hit $150k with commissions + SPIFFs)

What You'll Earn

• $75,000 - $150,000 annual income potential (base + commissions + SPIFFs)

Schedule Monday - Friday, full-time (overtime available when you want it)
