Kotz Heating and Air in Waterford MI is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to perform residential on-demand service and annual maintenance. You will troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems while delivering excellent customer service and guidance on preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential HVAC service.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Universal EPA Certification.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices.
• Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to acquire low voltage license within 2 years of employment.
• High school diploma or its equivalent.

Position: Residential HVAC Senior Service Technician

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 hourly including spiffs / bonuses

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am -5:00pm, with occasional overtime

What you will be doing:

• Residential on demand service and annual maintenance
• Excellent customer service
• Accurately troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems
• Understand and communicate benefits of preventative maintenance with customers
• Consulting customer with making repair and replacement decisions and indoor air quality accessories

Required Qualifications/ Skills:

• Valid driver's license and Insurable driving record
• 3 + Years of experience in Residential HVAC Service
• Universal EPA Certification
• Advanced customer service skills
