Edelman Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electric & Solar is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician to service homes across multiple Illinois locations including Fairbury, Champaign, Rockford, Freeport and Elkhorn. Earn $20.00-$40.00 per hour based on experience, with entry-level $20.00-$25.00 and experienced $26.00-$40.00; schedule is Monday–Friday, starting at 7:00 AM, with minimal rotating on-call.

In addition to base pay, technicians can earn performance incentives averaging $2.00-$3.00

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred.
• Entry-level candidates with 1 year HVAC experience may be considered.
• EPA Type II certification required or obtainable within 30 days of starting.
• Strong diagnostic abilities and professional customer communication skills.

Responsabilités

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour, based on experience

Entry-Level: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Experienced: $26.00-$40.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, starting at 7:00 AM, plus a minimal rotating on-call schedule.

Performance Pay: In addition to base pay, average technicians earn approximately $2.00-$3.00 more per hour through performance incentives, with top technicians earning approximately $5.00 more per hour.
