Job summary

GEM is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician in Connecticut to repair, maintain, and replace HVAC equipment for our customers. This full-time position includes benefits and an opportunity for bonus incentives.

The role requires a CT Journeyman license, prior residential HVAC service experience, and the ability to work on-call and weekends. Excellent customer service and a professional attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Possess a CT Journeyman License (S1/ S2 or D1/ D2).
• Prior Residential HVAC service experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to work on-call and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace various HVAC systems in confined or high places.
• Provide world-class customer service to our customers daily.
• Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Coordinate with coworkers and supervisors with a professional attitude.
• Arrive on time to all jobs and be prepared to work.
• Attend company meetings as necessary.
• Adhere to safety and handbook policies.

As the Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will repair, maintain, and replace all HVAC equipment for the benefit of our customers. This position is full time with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace various HVAC systems sometimes in confined or high places
• Provide world-class customer service to our customers on a daily basis
• Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain clean work area
• Work closely with all other workers and supervisors while maintaining a polite, professional attitude
• Arrive on time to all jobs ready to work
• Attend company meetings as necessary
• Adhere to all safety and handbook policies

Qualifications
