Job summary

GEM Plumbing & Heating Services, LLC is seeking a Residential HVAC Installer to repair, maintain, and replace HVAC equipment for our customers. This full-time role includes benefits and a family-like work environment.

You will install and service various HVAC systems, provide excellent customer service, complete paperwork efficiently, and collaborate with teammates while upholding safety policies.

Qualifications

• CT Journeyman License required or sign-on bonus
• Prior service experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work on-call and weekend hours

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace HVAC systems as needed
• Provide world-class customer service daily
• Complete paperwork promptly and accurately
• Maintain a clean work area
• Coordinate with workers and supervisors professionally
• Be punctual and ready for every job

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace various HVAC systems sometimes in confined or high places
• Provide world-class customer service to our customers on a daily basis
• Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain clean work area
• Work closely with all other workers and supervisors while maintaining a polite, professional attitude
• Arrive on time to all jobs ready to work
• Attend company meetings as necessary
• Adhere to all safety and handbook policies
